Encourage everyone to add to the conversation and ask questions

Everyone wants to do the right thing
Situations and organisations might be stopping them being as good as they can be

Help people gain confidence in their own skills and abilities
Give them the tools and space to experiment and create better practices

The rules and perception of the rules aren’t always the same
Ask why something is the way it is and encourage others to do the same
